		<description>BEST INTERN/COLLEAGUE  EVA!!!!!!!

Just having a place to blog puts you ahead of a bunch. It will let you grow your own voice. I was amazed (and still am) whenever I met J-school students that don&#039;t have a blog. It should be a requirement and at some schools... it is. But even then, if they are starting blogs because it is required... they are missing the point. 

So my point to you is: Keep on trucking. It is tough slogging (I know...in fact, I should share some slogging war stories with you - so you know that I&#039;m not lazy) but there is a light at the end of the tunnel.</description>
